Sister Jeannette Murray, O.S.B.

Sister Jeannette, a native of Wilmington, Delaware, earned her bachelors and masters degrees in Special Education from Seton Hall University and Cardinal Stritch University and received an honorary doctorate from Saint Anselm College. She is a former prioress of St. Gertrude's Monastery, a career long educator and the retired Executive Director of Benedictine Programs and Services. Sister is one of the foundresses of the Benedictine School and has received numerous awards and honors for her work with and for people with developmental disabilities.
