... Full Time Positions:

Speech Language Pathologist –The SLP will evaluate and diagnose students, formulate and implement individualized treatment plans and monitor student progress. Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology required. Must be certified (or eligible for certification). Supervised CFY is available.

IT Support - Will assist IT Department with troubleshooting and resolving tech issues. Working knowledge of variety of software/equipment required. Will be required to provide training in basic software tasks. A+ certification preferred. M-F 10:00 am - 3:00 pm

Program Coordinator - Primary duties include management of Group Home operations & staff supervision. Bachelorís degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field is required. Must be professional, flexible, organized & able to supervise staff members in numerous locations. Previous experience working with developmentally disabled adults is preferred. M-F 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

Residential Aide – Direct care position in Denton group home, split-shift, 6:00am - 8:00am & 4:00pm - 9:00pm, Monday – Friday. Employee is expected to work both shifts.

Residential Aide – FT Aide in Denton, M-F 1:30 pm - 9:00 pm

Residential Aide – FT Aide in Henderson, M-F 4:30 pm - midnight

Residential Aide – FT Split-shift Aide in Denton, M-F 6:00 am - 8:00 am & 4:00 pm - 9:00pm

Aides must be at least 21 years of age; provide proof of HS diploma/GED; posses valid driver's license; have clean driving record. Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Maryland Open Community -
... Part Time Positions:

Live-in Weekend Counselor – Direct care positions available at various group homes in Caroline/Talbot county areas. Employee will live at group home from 4:00 pm Friday afternoon until 4:00 pm Sunday afternoon. Previous residential experience is required.

Residential Aide – PT Direct care positions available at various group homes in Caroline/Talbot county areas. Hours will vary, mostly weekends, but typical shifts are 8:00am – 4:00pm, 8:00am – 8:00pm, 9:00am – 9:00pm, or 4:00pm -12:00am

Aides must be at least 21 years of age; provide proof of HS diploma/GED; posses valid driver's license; have clean driving record. Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Adult Day Activity Center -

Landscape Services Manager FT- Will supervise job coach staff/developmentally disabled adults on work sites. Responsible for marketing & developing work opportunities in community. Knowledge of landscape services/business practices required. Must have excellent communication skills & organizational skills. M-F 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

Job Coach FT - Will assist/supervise developmentally disabled adults in vocational settings. Previous food service/baking experience a plus. M-F 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

Graphics Department - None available at this time

Vocational Department - None available at this time

Busy Bee -

FT job coach position working with the Busy Bee Cleaning service while coaching/training with our adult clients in community work settings. Must be able to lift 60+ lbs. Must have cleaning experience. Floor cleaning experience is a plus.
