Busy Bee Job Coach- Under the direction of the Busy Bee worksite manager, the Job Coach is responsible for performing janitorial duties in buildings on campus and in the community. Job Coach will model job skills and train vocational individuals assigned to work in the Busy Bee vocational area. Quality customer service will be provided to the individuals and contracts at all times. Work hours are Monday through Friday with occasional nights or weekends as needed. School Residential Administrator - The School Residential Administrator provides leadership and direction for the Residential program and day to day operations. The position is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising the recreation, leisure time and safety of male and female students ages 5 years to 21 years old. This administrator must have a bachelor's degree in Special Education, Social Work or other human services related field from an accredited school with a minimum of 5 year's experience leading/managing in a residential program setting. Lead House Counselor - The Lead House Counselor provides supervision for group home students and staff, and maintains a clean, orderly environment. The counselor is required to be on a full-time work schedule while children are present in the house.
