What comes next after you have been offered the job?
Once you have accepted the job…
You and your recruiter will schedule a paperwork session on campus.
You will get an email with an adobe sign packet, which contains pre hire paperwork that can be filled out electronically. This is to be done prior to your paperwork session.

At your paperwork session you will…
When you turn down our lane, you will be parking in the lot to the right when you see the flag pole!
Be given the following documents to sign
How you will be clocking in and out
Fraud, waste, and abuse policy
CPS Request form
Receive your Benedictine employee handbook!
Get the items you need to complete within the next 48 hours
Physical (if your job requires)
Bring in the following documents
Another form of ID required to complete your I9
If unsure, just ask your recruiter!
Voided Check or bank information for direct deposit
Education (diploma, transcript)
Receive your training schedule from our training specialist
Complete a Med Tech test (if job requires)
Ask any questions you might have!
Within 48 hours of your paperwork session…

Training: comfortable, training appropriate attire

90 Day Evaluations
After your first 90 days, you will meet with your supervisor and go over your progress!
Refer people, get cool stuff!
Your employee benefits will kick in the 1st of the month after 30 days of employment
